Founder & CEO
With over 15 years of experience as a professional AV system integrator, Zane Bastian is a highly skilled AV designer, programmer and project manager. His journey spans complex roles as an AV automation programmer, mastering platforms such as AMX, Crestron, and Extron, and showcasing deep expertise in both audio and video system design. His portfolio includes the successful management and programming of more than 250 systems across the Middle East, from iconic skyscraper hotels and cutting-edge hospitals to major universities, defense war rooms, and advanced training facilities.
In 2022, driven by a passion for both AV and his hobby of game development, Zane founded TEXL to merge his extensive AV knowledge with groundbreaking real-time rendering technologies like VR & AR—pioneering new levels of innovation and possibility in the audiovisual field.

Rossi Neacsu
Project Manager - as Scrum Master
Rossi a Scrum Manager who works best when things are moving fast and there's a need for structure. Rossi focuses on creating clear processes, realistic plans, and keeping the team aligned and on track. She's currently earning her BA in Psychology. Rossi blends agile methodologies with a deeper understanding of team dynamics to support smoother collaboration. She also believes every blocker has a solution — usually labeled, scheduled, and neatly stored in Confluence.
For Rossi, a great team isn’t just about skills, but about how those skills come together — and TEXL is exactly that. She also says 'This is the kind of team that makes things happen… and makes you want to check in to Jira … willingly.'

Advaith 'Hex' Kometh
Junior Software Developer
Hex has a growing track record of delivering web solutions using modern frameworks like Next.js and React. He’s passionate about creating smooth, responsive user experiences and writing clean, maintainable code. Whether building dynamic dashboards, integrating APIs, or optimizing performance, Hex brings curiosity and dedication to every project.
While he may occasionally get distracted (usually by a competitive game or a badminton match), Hex consistently finds his way back to the codebase with renewed focus. He values peace, effort, and continuous improvement, both personally and professionally.

Ahmed ships across the stack — from polished frontends to efficient backends, he builds with speed, precision, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. As the youngest member of the team (a fact no one lets him forget), he somehow balances production code, side projects, and a schedule that runs entirely on caffeine, vibes and adrenaline.
Despite the whirlwind, Ahmed shows up — with solutions, with snacks, sometimes with a whole crew of equally energetic friends ready to help. He codes like he lives: fast, resourceful and with unmatched vibes.

Charles builds with intention. From polished game mechanics to immersive simulations, he uses Unity to create everything from event apps to experimental software. Whether it’s prototyping an idea or delivering a full experience, he is the developer who turns “we could” into “it’s done.”
Outside of project deadlines, Charles keeps creating. Not out of obligation, but out of curiosity and a genuine desire to build engaging and meaningful interactive experiences. He is a lifelong learner, a systems tinkerer, and someone who plays as much as he builds.
